Finley completed removal and replacement of the main roadway into the Chantilly Crossing Shopping center. This roadway serves as the main entrance not only to Chantilly Crossing (which includes a Costco and Target), but also two hotels and seven restaurants. With all of these businesses, the roadway experiences a high volume of traffic which required a unique plan for work. Finley broke the work into multiple phases and brought crews in early and complete all work for the day by 10:00 am.
