Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction magazine honors Virginia company in its annual rankings
MANASSAS, VA – Virginia-based Finley Asphalt & Sealing was recently named one of the United States’ top 75 paving contractors by Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction magazine’ annual Top Contractors issue. 2014 marks Finley’s second consecutive year as one of the “Paving 75.”
