Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction magazine honors Virginia business as one of paving’s elite
MANASSAS, VA – Virginia-based Finley Asphalt & Sealing was recently named one of the United States’ top 50 paving contractors by Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction magazine’ annual Top Contractors issue. Finley is the only asphalt, sealing, and striping construction company in Virginia to make the magazine’s 2013 list.
