MANASSAS, VA – Virginia-based Finley Asphalt & Sealing was recently named one of the United States’ top paving contractors by Pavement Maintenance & Reconstructionmagazine’ annual Top Contractors issue. 2015 marks the first time that Finley was named to all the Top Contractor categories, this includes for the third consecutive year being named to the “Paving 75”, “Pavement Repair 50”, “Sealcoating 75”, and “Striping 75” lists. Additionally, for the first time, Finley was named to the “Sweeping 25” list.
