Grist Mill Park in Alexandria

Fairfax County Park Authority contacted Finley to repave a parking lot on a very short notice. The parking lot is located at Grist Mill Park in Alexandria, Virginia where a new turf field has been installed. The Park Authority named the turf field in memory of Lt. Col. Gary F. Smith, who while working as a civilian employee of the Army was killed when American Airlines Flight 77 struck the Pentagon on 9/11. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Veterans Day for the official opening. Below is a link to the press release from the Fairfax County Park Authority.
