Finley Asphalt began a parking lot improvement project for the Lafayette Village Home Owner’s Association this week. Located on Lafayette Village Drive in Annandale Virginia, this project includes removing and replacing curbs and sidewalks as well as milling of existing surface course asphalt, designation and repairs of any base damage that may be present, overlaying of the existing base course, and complete re-striping of the parking spaces and curb markings – Community Wide. We look forward to making this project a success for the association, as well as the management firm (Sequoia Management), and the contract administrator (Falcon Engineering Group).
