The relationship manager also prevented the complex with a phasing map that would help with the relocation of cars throughout the project, since this complex is an active residence for many.

The Finley paving crew began with asphalt repairs by first milling out the asphalt in some of the drive lanes and then repaving. Once this was completed, the team cleaned the parking stalls and crack-filled where necessary to prevent further deterioration. After this, asphalt sealcoating was applied in phases. Once the sealcoat dried, the team did line striping in the lots. This process was repeated in each lot in the phasing chart to ensure there was parking nearby for tenants throughout the duration of the project.
