The manager at the apartment complex knew that the parking lot needed attention so she gave Finley a call. We have worked with them for a long time so they didn’t even consider calling any other asphalt paving company in town.
The Finley Relationship Manager visited the site later in the week and noticed that many different repairs needed to be done across the property. There were large potholes in some of the drive lanes as well as numerous cracks. The potholes were holding water, leading to further damage on the roadway. The Relationship Manager also prevented the complex with a phasing map that would help with the relocation of cars throughout the project, since this complex is an active residence to many.
The Finley paving crew began with asphalt repairs by first milling out the asphalt in some of the drive lanes then re-paving. Once this was completed, the team cleaned the parking stalls and crack filled where necessary to prevent further deterioration. After this, asphalt sealcoating was applied in phases. Once the sealcoat dried, the team did line striping in the lots. This process was repeated in each lot in the phasing chart to ensure there was parking nearby for tenants throughout the duration of the project.
The residents and property management company are happy with the new smooth roadways and parking areas. They also appreciated our careful attention to detail with our phasing plan.
