Finley Asphalt & Concrete completed pavement improvements at an apartment community in Hyattsville, Maryland. The project focused on refreshing the existing asphalt parking area and improving its overall condition and appearance.
The project also included updated parking lot markings, accessible parking areas, and fire lane markings. By combining pavement improvements with refreshed striping, Finley helped create a cleaner, more organized, and functional parking area for residents and visitors.

The existing parking area showed signs of cracking and pavement wear. The project required resurfacing the designated areas while also refreshing parking and traffic markings throughout the property.
Scope of Work
