Project Overview
Finley Asphalt & Concrete completed full-depth asphalt paving at a highway safety rest area in Manakin Sabot, Virginia. The project focused on improving designated pavement areas with new asphalt, providing a refreshed surface designed to support continued use.
The work included preparing the designated areas, installing and compacting new asphalt, and sealing the transitions between new and existing pavement to help protect against water intrusion. Work areas were also barricaded throughout construction to help maintain public safety. The completed improvements provided a durable new pavement surface while supporting a safe and organized construction process.
